Die ausgezeichnete Lage bietet alles in unmittelbarer Nähe – nur 50 m vom Römerbad, 100 m von der Kaiserburgbahn und nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften entfernt. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich außerdem eine Apotheke. Die nächsten Supermärkte erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß (ca. 600–700 m).
